**The Role**

G-Research is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator to develop our day-to-day internal communications, with a focus on campaigns, events and our charity partners.

You will lead on operations for our internal campaigns and events, including sourcing and booking speakers for our popular internal talk series.

A large part of this role will also focus on our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, where you will manage relationships with our charity partners, as well as organise, promote and run CSR events, including our Make a Difference Month.

Reporting into the Internal Communications Manager, you will also support in the day-to-day running of internal communications, sourcing news and developing content and messaging that will be delivered across multiple channels to our people.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Collaborating with internal teams to create campaigns, source news, and develop messaging and content for multiple mediums and internal channels
- Leading on operations for our internal comms events programme, including our CEO Meetups and Town Halls
- Researching, booking and managing speakers for various talk series
- Managing our Intranet, including uploading content, page layout and design, and archiving
- Creating employee feedback surveys and sharing results and insights from these
- Designing and creating ad-hoc presentations
