About the Role
- Process customer orders and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the retention and growth of the customer base by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Offer product advice and suggest alternatives to meet customer needs.
- Liaise with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Log and resolve customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team's success.
Requirements
