Position Overview:
MMP Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Stock Condition Surveyor to join our esteemed housing association. This position offers the flexibility of remote work arrangements.

Compensation:
The role comes with a competitive hourly rate of £40p/h Umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the execution of planned, cyclical, and maintenance programs as well as the Asset Management Strategy.
2. Engage actively with customers and key stakeholders to shape expectations and involvement in various projects.
3. Analyze and respond to customer feedback and performance metrics related to program delivery, utilizing management information reporting tools.
4. Address any instances of underperformance or service failures to meet program targets and operational KPIs, applying legal and contractual knowledge to resolve issues.
5. Manage risks associated with staff while conducting surveys on-site.

Technical Expertise:
Possess a solid understanding of construction, engineering, and compliance standards.

Survey Responsibilities:
1. Conduct stock condition surveys on the organization’s properties and communal areas, gathering data on stock condition, age, repairs, and the remaining lifespan of building components.
2. Perform HHSRS surveys, Fire Risk Assessments, and DDA audits on both internal and external domestic properties.
3. Provide expert advice on property conditions, offering solutions to property-related issues and informing future work programs.
4. Execute health and safety surveys in accordance with HHSRS guidelines.
5. Update the Association's asset register by conducting DDA surveys and fire risk assessments, assisting the Asset Management directorate in preparing schedules for service charges related to renewal, repair, and maintenance.

Data Management:
Upload survey findings to the Asset Management database, ensuring the provision of necessary management information and reports.
