Home based with ad hoc hot desking in Maidstone

Salary:

£55k - £70k depending on experience

This leading FMCG/consumer goods business has experienced significant growth and scale over the past 3 years, with exciting projects in the pipeline. We are seeking an Assistant to the CCO to support the CCO with daily commercial operations, strategic initiatives, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial departments, strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Support the CCO with daily commercial operations, strategic initiatives, and project management
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Provide administrative support to the CCO, including preparing presentations and reports
  • Assist with data analysis and insights to inform commercial decisions
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and initiatives


About You:

  • Experience in commercial departments, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
