Job Title: Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Location: Home based with occasional visits to our office in Maidstone

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

This leading FMCG/consumer goods business has experienced rapid growth and expansion over the past three years, driven by strategic acquisitions and organic growth. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies, including market research and analysis
  • Support the management of commercial projects, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or business development role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
