- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the replenishment of stock, maintaining a high level of product availability and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with minimal errors.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to handle cash and make change accurately.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early starts and weekends.
