Compensation, Benefits, and Additional Information:

We are prepared to offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, along with 25 days of annual leave (in addition to bank holidays). Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system upgrades and implementations as necessary, including coordinating testing with the Systems Team.
  • Ensure optimal system availability through effective management and enhancement of system operations.
  • Deliver projects and system change requests from an on-site perspective, adhering to the established methodology.
  • Manage systems incident responses, supervising escalations and aiding in the identification and implementation of service support enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Central IT Team to define project request scope (including out-of-scope items) and approach.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

  • Advanced proficiency in JDA at a super user level as a minimum requirement.
  • Proven experience in IT delivery with a comprehensive understanding of the components involved in operating a warehouse IT function.
  • Experience in IT project management, preferably as a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
