The Transplant Unit is comprised of two specialized wards, offering a High Dependency Unit to cater to the needs of our patients.
Eligibility Criteria
This position is open to all candidates holding a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is essential for practicing as a registered nurse in the UK.

Main Responsibilities
We are in search of passionate and adaptable nurses eager to excel in the forefront of cardiothoracic care. If you are a compassionate individual with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
In your daily role, you will collaborate with clinical teams to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic transplants, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience in cardiothoracic nursing is not a prerequisite, as we provide ample opportunities for skill development and knowledge enhancement through our Practice Education teams, ward mentors, and nursing development resources.
Work hours are flexible, including weekdays, nights, and weekends, tailored to meet the needs of the ward.
