Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement coaching programs to improve dealership staff's aftersales skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff performance
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealership staff to ensure they meet their targets
  • Collaborate with dealership management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in aftersales coaching or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of automotive aftersales principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year
