We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Teesside Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and managing service appointments, MOTs, and repair work for our customers
  • Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience
  • Liaising with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our systems accordingly

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems is advantageous. As a team player, you will be able to work independently and use your initiative to deliver exceptional results.
