The role of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with Energean is responsible for supporting the essential operations of the London office and providing exceptional front-of-house services for visitors, as well as office administrative support to all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner and maintain an updated visitor logbook.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms, including IT and comms equipment.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory of stock.
- Order repairs and maintenance for office equipment and assets.
- Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment.
- Assist with travel and hotel bookings, as well as restaurant bookings for UK employees.
- Ensure the implementation and adoption of office procedures and practices from employees.
- Provide first-level IT support to Energean employees in the London office.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers, following the company's procurement procedure.
- Fleet management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience working in a receptionist, front office representative, or related role.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically proven experience with Word and Excel.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (telecom devices and printers).
