We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Lawyer to join our busy Agricultural Department at Harrisons Solicitors LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of agricultural property law matters.
Key Responsibilities- Transaction Property Work: Handle refinancing, succession planning, and other transactional property work in the agricultural sector.
- Client Representation: Represent clients in various legal matters, including drafting and providing legal advice.
- Day-to-Day Tasks: Manage a variety of day-to-day tasks, including client communication, document preparation, and case management.
- Knowledge and Experience: Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in agricultural property law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Qualifications and Experience: Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in a similar role or practice area, preferably in commercial work.
