Position Overview

We are pleased to announce a unique opportunity within the Digital Transformation Directorate for a Business Administration Trainee. This role will encompass various functions including Digital Operations, Information Services, Clinical Coding, Digital Programmes, Information Governance, and Business Management.

Comprehensive training will be provided as part of your onboarding process, alongside the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, which will include dedicated study time.

Key Responsibilities

The position will involve a diverse range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with record management and documentation
  • Attending meetings and documenting minutes
  • Supporting purchasing processes
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Logging and tracking faults
  • Providing support for Freedom of Information requests
  • Performing various administrative functions

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Familiarity with computer software applications
