About the Role

As a key member of our apprenticeship programme, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our students, helping them to achieve their qualifications and develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to students on our Level 2 and 3 Business Administration programmes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure the success of our apprenticeship programme
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their goals
  • Contribute to the development of new training programmes and materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a professional business environment, with a strong understanding of business administration principles and practices
  • Teaching, training, or assessing experience, preferably in a further education or apprenticeship setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, employers, and colleagues
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to travel to employer sites and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A full driving license and a qualified assessor (A1 or equivalent) qualification are desirable
