Quantitative Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Developer to join our team at Client Server Ltd. in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. As a Quantitative Developer, you will work directly with the Front Office trading desk to facilitate daily trades on the Sports betting side of the business.

About the Role

As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining various internal applications critical to trading performance. You will also implement programs to improve efficiency and profitability using mathematical models to calculate the expected chance of events happening in a sporting event.

Requirements
  • A 2.1 or above in a mathematical discipline, backed by strong A-level results in Science and Mathematics
  • Proficiency in C# and SQL
  • A strong interest in sports with a good knowledge of rules of most major sports
  • Familiarity with and interest in quantitative finance
  • Collaborative and pragmatic approach
