Quantitative Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our team at Client Server Ltd. in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. As a Quantitative Developer, you will work directly with the Front Office trading desk to facilitate their daily trades on the Sports betting side of the business.

You will develop and maintain various internal applications that are critical to trading performance and implement programs to improve efficiency and profitability. This will involve using mathematical models to calculate the expected chance of events happening in a sporting event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain internal applications using C# and SQL
  • Implement programs to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Use mathematical models to calculate the expected chance of events happening in a sporting event
  • Work directly with the Front Office trading desk to facilitate their daily trades

Requirements:

  • 2.1 or above in a mathematical discipline
  • Strong A-level results in Science and Mathematics
  • Proficient in C# and SQL
  • Strong interest in sports with a good knowledge of mathematical models
