We're seeking a talented professional to join The Access Group as an Associate Director, responsible for leading the development of our technology-powered products. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Customers: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs and expectations are understood and addressed in the product development process.
  • Agile Focus: Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing guidance and direction to the development team.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of product managers and product owners, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
