Job Overview:


We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer who possesses a deep understanding of IT systems and a strong background in Linux, Azure, and Microsoft Virtualization to become a vital part of our team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive technical expertise in IT Infrastructure, taking charge of various scenarios and showcasing a solid history of delivering practical, hands-on IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and support the IT environment, including networks, servers, monitoring systems, change management, and telecommunication systems.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of on-premise IT systems through diligent monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement, support, and configure Virtualization and Cloud Solutions.
  • Address infrastructure issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Keep the helpdesk system updated, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about updates, resolutions, or escalations of issues.

Technical Skills/Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Azure, Office 365, and Intune
  • Experience with Ubuntu/Debian (troubleshooting, database management, system updates, Bash scripting, LEMP stack, Samba setup)
  • Familiarity with Unifi Networking
  • Security auditing capabilities
  • Knowledge of networking solutions (SD-WAN, fibre, 4G/5G)
  • Understanding of Volume Purchase Program, Apple Business Manager, and Apple DEP
  • MDM Intune experience (deployment, management)
  • Familiarity with VMware products (vCenter, ESXi)
  • Experience with Synology (active backup solutions, CCTV)
  • Proficiency in Powershell, Batch Scripting, and Bash Scripting
  • Asset management skills
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Infrastructure and disaster recovery planning and implementation experience
