As a Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will work under supervision to develop your skills and knowledge in assessing, investigating, diagnosing, planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating care for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Work under supervision to develop your skills and knowledge in assessing, investigating, diagnosing, planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating care for patients.
- Assume responsibility for the daily management of the clinical areas, working under supervision.
- Practice as a trainee ANP using collaborative and independent judgment to assess, investigate, diagnose, plan, implement, manage, and evaluate care for patients.
- Plan and manage complete episodes of care, working in collaboration with senior medical colleagues and others when required.
- Be responsible for the rapid assessment, diagnostics, and treatment of individuals within the Mental Health Community Service, using an advanced level of professional accountability, autonomy, and judgment.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
- 3 years' experience in Community Mental Health (preferred).
- NMC registration.
- Full-time clinical post.
