About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Bus Driver Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and become professional Bus Drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions to learners, using a range of teaching methods to suit individual preferences.
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their apprenticeship goals, including end-point assessment.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that our training programs are meeting their intended outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in bus driving and training/mentoring, including practical bus driver training, classroom training, and CPC training.
  • Valid CPC and PCV license.
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable, but not essential).
  • ICT literate.
  • Assessment qualification (TAQA Level 3/A1/D32/33) (desirable, but not essential).
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) (desirable, but not essential).
