About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bus Driver Trainer to join our team at Realise. As a Bus Driver Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and become professional Bus Drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Bus Drivers, focusing on theoretical and practical aspects of the job.
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the requirements of their apprenticeship.
  • Utilize a range of teaching methods to cater to individual learner preferences and needs.
  • Lead group training sessions, both remotely and face-to-face, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement training materials and curricula.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in bus driving and training/mentoring.
  • Valid CPC and PCV license.
  • Experience in delivering training and assessment, with a focus on Bus Driver training.
  • Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (desirable).
  • ICT literacy and proficiency in using digital tools for training and assessment.
