Strategic Lead for Alternative Provision

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Lead for Alternative Provision to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing inclusive practice, reducing exclusions, and supporting vulnerable cohorts to access Alternative Provision within schools and beyond.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement inclusive practice to reduce exclusions and support vulnerable cohorts.
- Embed inter-relational working practice between Alternative Provision and other parts of the local system.
- Support schools to commission quality alternative provision and develop LA commissioning arrangements.
Requirements:
- Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
- Previous experience within a similar SEND role is essential.
