Account Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and maintaining accurate client files and paperwork
  • Adding new clients to the Enable back-office system and creating activity entries
  • Ensuring daily updates to Enable activities and back-office systems
  • Requesting and collating administration forms and chasing necessary follow-ups
  • Day-to-day processing of application forms and administration forms for Wealth Management
  • Following up on faxes and forms to confirm safe receipt and anticipated turnaround time
  • Chasing underwriting positions weekly for protection cases
  • Maintaining accurate records of client and administrative contact
  • Producing valuations for Financial Planner review meetings
  • Creating meeting packs and meeting cover sheets for Financial Planners

This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of IFA or mortgage experience. Qualifications such as FA1, FA2, R01, and CF1 are highly desirable. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £27,000-£32,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme and excellent benefits including company pension, D.I.S, Life, gym membership, and on-site parking.
