Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to embedded research teams across the trust and within our dedicated NIHR clinical research facility. This will involve working on new and existing studies, participating in research within various specialties, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality research.
Requirements- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, flexibility, and drive to ensure the success of the post
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, work under own initiative, and independently outside the department without direct supervision
- Understanding of confidentiality issues
- Ability to work in a large open-plan office with noise distractions
- Willingness to travel to various locations in and around Southampton
