Your Responsibilities:

As a Catering Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, presentation, and ensuring high standards of quality. You will collaborate with seasoned chefs, gaining valuable insights into the creation of exquisite dishes for various events.

Training and Development:

Our apprenticeship initiative is tailored to cultivate your abilities and support your journey towards a successful career in catering. You will benefit from hands-on training and mentorship from experienced culinary professionals.

You will be working towards the Level 2 Production Chef qualification, with a focus on enhancing your skills in both culinary arts and essential subjects like Maths and English.
