Senior Text-to-Speech Research Engineer

DeepRec is seeking a highly skilled Senior Text-to-Speech Research Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam, London, Munich, or Zurich. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize advanced TTS models to enhance voice quality and naturalness.
  • Lead research initiatives, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TTS solutions into production.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, mentor junior team members, and publish research findings in high-impact journals.
  • Manage large-scale datasets and ensure scalable, high-performance TTS solutions are delivered for real-world applications.

About You:

  • Strong text-to-speech experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years out of academia.
  • PhD in a related field + papers on Google Scholar.
  • Experience with digital avatars and GenAI (desirable).
