Job Title: Senior Voice Engineer

MUFG - United Kingdom (BTMU) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Engineer to join our Technology Infrastructure team. As a Senior Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our voice systems, ensuring seamless communication across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement voice systems, including MS Teams Telephony and Dubber/Cloud-based voice recording platforms.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IP Telephony, Trader Voice (IPC) function within a financial institution.
  • Deliver programs and projects on the core Infrastructure, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice systems with other IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry voice technology and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our voice systems.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and monitoring MS Teams Telephony platform.
  • Extensive experience implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and monitoring Dubber/Cloud-based voice recording platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IP Telephony, Trader Voice (IPC) function within a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of delivering programs and projects on the core Infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
