Fawkes & Reece West Midlands is seeking a highly experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee the internal finishing packages of a £50 Million new build PRS apartment scheme in central Birmingham.
The project is currently at a stage where the concrete frame is completed, and internals are commencing. As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all internal/finishing subcontract packages, managing labour, daily Health & Safety planning, progress reports, and attending subcontractor/client weekly budget/progress meetings to ensure programme deadlines are achieved for handovers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating internal/finishing subcontract packages
- Managing labour and resources
- Daily Health & Safety planning and risk assessment
- Progress reporting and monitoring
- Attending subcontractor/client meetings
Experience delivering internals on PRS/student accommodation projects is highly desirable due to the nature of the schemes. Mandatory requirements include a CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
