Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team at our Farnborough store. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will play a vital role in creating magical moments for our customers and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to drive team performance.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the overall success of the store.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a retail environment, with a strong track record of team leadership and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
