About the Role

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator and Trainee Engineer to join our team in Romford. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our warehouse and field operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming deliveries and manage inventory levels
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and accuracy
  • Organize dispatch and delivery of goods to customers and satellite branches
  • Support Engineers with installations of Fire Extinguishers and make deliveries to customers
  • Commission and install fire extinguishers on customers' sites
  • Maintain a high level of communication with the sales team and ensure product is stored safely and clearly marked
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system
  • Promote Chubb solutions to customers while onsite and lead continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Requirements

  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong IT skills across Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Full UK driving license essential for field work
