Trainee Property Manager

Our client, an independent local business based in Chadwell Heath, is seeking a Trainee Property Manager to join their team. With a strong focus on customer service, they offer a personalized and high-level service to their tenants and landlords.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide high-quality property management services, including:

  • Conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Processing new tenancy applications and preparing initial paperwork
  • Coordinating move-in day procedures for tenancies
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle
  • Coordinating property maintenance, including liaising with contractors
  • Booking routine visits for properties
  • Handling end-of-tenancy procedures, including deposit deductions

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have a willingness to take on responsibilities and a capacity to cope with the demands of the role.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on property management skills and experience. Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with Saturdays available as overtime.
