Job Title: Adults Data Analyst

At Safran Seats, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Cwmbran, Wales, United Kingdom. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Master Data Manager in delivering business insights that drive performance improvements and contribute to the delivery of the data 4.0 roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with business users to understand their processes, identify data analytics needs, and develop solution options.
  2. Create and maintain data extracts, consolidation dashboards, and reports to support key business use cases.
  3. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure business performance.
  4. Conduct statistical analysis and data visualization to inform business decisions.
  5. Provide analytical support for data exploration and complex analysis.
  6. Organize, summarize, and translate information to facilitate decision-making.
  7. Ensure data quality and implement improvements to data structure and maintenance processes.
  8. Present results in a clear and concise manner to decision-makers.
Requirements:
  1. Demonstrable experience in using SQL and other programming languages such as Python and R.
  2. Good working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and data analysis tools.
  3. Understanding of ERP tool concepts and data used to support their operation.
  4. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical issues.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and flexible approach.
