Job Description
As a Data Analyst at Safran Seats, you will be responsible for supporting the Master Data Manager in delivering business insights that drive performance improvements and contribute to the delivery of the data 4.0 roadmap. Your duties will include working with business users to understand their processes, identifying their data analytics needs, and agreeing solution options. You will also create and maintain data extracts, consolidation dashboards, and reports to support key business use cases. Additionally, you will build and monitor key performance indicators, carry out statistical analysis and data visualization, and provide analytical support for the exploration and complex analysis of data. You will also organize, summarize, and translate information to facilitate decision-making.

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in using SQL and other programming languages such as Python and R. You should have a good working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting and data analysis tools. You should also have a good understanding of ERP tool concepts and the data used to support their operation. Additionally, you should be able to manage and prioritise stakeholder expectations at all levels ranging from end user up to C-level. You should also be able to communicate complex technical issues to business users and work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
