Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our people and leadership development efforts. As our People and Leadership Development Manager, you will play a key role in creating a culture of collaboration and excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance leadership skills and capacity within our organization and across the Greater Manchester community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, organizations, and government agencies.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to support leadership development and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address community needs and develop innovative solutions to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our people and leadership development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in leadership development, community engagement, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a culture of excellence.
