We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Appoint Healthcare, a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with neurological, mental health needs, and learning disabilities.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work across four Northampton sites, providing rehabilitation and residential services for up to 37 adults. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with neurological conditions and associated mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
Our Northampton services provide a range of rehabilitation and residential services for adults with neurological conditions, including:
- Male-Only Service: Supporting individuals with neurological conditions and associated drug and alcohol addictions.
- 17-Bed Unit: Specialising in post-acute and longer-term rehabilitation, management of neurological conditions such as Huntington's disease, and end-of-life care when required.
- 18-Bed Rehabilitation Service: Offering post-acute rehabilitation through to specialist community-based transitional support.
- Female-Only Service: Providing specialist community-based transitional neurological rehabilitation for those who are not yet ready for step-down care.
