Graduate Trainee Finance Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our finance team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team in various tasks, including documentation checking, CRM system updates, and commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process incoming documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Update the CRM system with relevant information and track progress.
  • Calculate commissions and other income rates for clients.
  • Conduct verbal delivery checks to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Liaise with introducers to resolve queries and issues related to documentation.
  • Process deals to funders and chase payment.
  • Manage queries from the second checking team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
