Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Property Damage Claims Specialist to manage a portfolio of motor insurance claims. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their expertise in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate all motor claims for indemnity and fraud.
- Conduct accurate assessments of third-party vehicle damages using appropriate tools.
- Manage additional losses related to motor insurance claims.
- Complete any other ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
- Take accountability for personal performance against established objectives.
- Foster a culture of openness, trust, and respect within the team.
- Understand civil procedure rules concerning offers, acceptances, and litigation risks.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a third-party claims environment is advantageous.
- Strong decision-making skills to minimize indemnity spend.
