Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Compliance Manager to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our firm's compliance with all relevant statutory laws and regulations.
About the Role:As a Legal Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the firm's Lexcel Accreditation Audit
- Ensuring continual monitoring and review of compliance procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Developing internal policies and procedures, compliance training, and protocols
- Keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry initiatives
- Designing and developing compliance checklists and reports
- Ensuring compliance with best practices and undertaking other duties as required by the Management Team
