We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at IVS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for our industrial automation machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems for industrial automation machinery using AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Specify components and ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Collaborate with the Applications Engineering team to ensure project delivery on time and with precision.
  • Participate in the hands-on electrical build of our innovative IVS systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in vision engineering.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD Electrical or similar package.
  • Understanding of electrical control gear and industrial automation.
  • Experience designing and creating electrical panel layouts.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Well-organised, ability to work to deadlines and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
