Job Title: Low Voltage (LV) Power Distribution Design Engineer

Location: UK

Job Type: Full-time contract, 6 months

Work Model: Onsite

Minimum Requirement:

  1. Design BS7671:2018 compliant low voltage (LV) electrical supply and distribution systems, along with associated technical design documentation.

Candidates must be fully trained and proficient in:

  1. The production of technical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical software
  2. BS7671:2018 IET Wiring Regulations
  3. Use of Trimble Pro design software

Qualifications:

  1. HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.

Key Requirements:

  1. Good working knowledge of British and European Standards, including BS7671:2018, 18th edition wiring regulations and the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989
  2. Trained and proficient in the use of AutoCAD Electrical and Trimble Pro design software
  3. Good knowledge of cabling, electrical manufacturing, and installation techniques

Essential skills & knowledge:

  1. Broad understanding of electrical engineering
  2. Proven record of designing and implementing electrical systems

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Designer to join our team at eTeam Workforce Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems that meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and implementing electrical systems. You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD Electrical software and have a good working knowledge of British and European Standards.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to design and implement electrical systems that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for producing technical drawings and documentation, and will work closely with our installation team to ensure that all systems are installed to the highest standards.
