About the Role:

Our partner institutions across London are in search of enthusiastic educators to enhance their teams. We collaborate with both Primary and Secondary establishments that focus on Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, along with other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing tailored educational plans (IEPs) for students with varied requirements.
  • Developing stimulating and inclusive lesson frameworks that accommodate different learning preferences.
  • Working in partnership with support personnel, families, and other specialists to provide a holistic educational experience for each student.
  • Monitoring and evaluating student development, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Creating a nurturing and supportive educational atmosphere that fosters student growth and self-assurance.
  • Participating in and contributing to staff meetings, training sessions, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications Required:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or its equivalent.
  • Experience in working with children with special educational needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of current SEN regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to teaching and assisting students with special needs.
