Position Overview

The Commercial Strategy and Insight Manager will play a pivotal role in structuring, facilitating, and supervising planning and performance management initiatives within the Commercial division. This role involves identifying avenues for growth and potential revenue streams while utilizing insights to guide commercial strategies and decision-making processes. Effective collaboration with senior management and various departments is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to establish data insight requirements that align with business goals
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive planning and performance management framework for the commercial division
  • Create presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and Board meetings
  • Enhance processes, automate reporting, and deliver training on structured methodologies
  • Examine extensive datasets concerning sales, revenue, pricing, customer behavior, and market dynamics
  • Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations derived from data analysis
