Commercial Insurance Team Leader

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and nurturing new accounts with a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Account Handlers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Utilize your technical skills and experience to effectively manage a book of commercial clients, including developing and maintaining genuine and valuable client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to provide the highest level of service to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial insurance team, including mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of an Account Handler role within Commercial Insurance.
  • CII qualified is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience across various classes of insurance is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
