Main Responsibilities

• Prepare company vehicles to a high standard, adhering to our quality control processes

• Valet vehicles in all weather conditions, ensuring they are clean and tidy

• Support the driving team for delivery and collection of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service

• Identify any fleet maintenance issues and report them to the relevant team members

• Deliver world-class customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Key Skills and Qualifications

• A full, valid clean driving license, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience

• Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends

• Reliable, positive, and professional attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
