About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team at Inspired Learning Group. This is a newly created role due to ongoing and sustained growth, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver a positive ROI.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing marketing campaigns to life across a range of channels both online and offline. You will work across multiple settings (schools and nurseries) within the business, planning and executing engaging campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver a positive ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns to drive reach, increase sales, and improve market share of our schools and nurseries.
  • Work across multiple brands to ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience, utilizing the most relevant channel and method of communication for the brand's target customer.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard, within budgets, and to timescales.
  • Write briefs for relevant departments internally (copy, visual, web, etc.).
  • Work with in-house admissions team to report on the effectiveness of campaign performance.
  • Build and own your campaign management platform, setting key milestones and deadlines.
  • Manage communications with school teams, keeping them up to date, informed, and engaged in the campaign development process.
  • Deliver creative excellence, with a strong eye for compelling propositions, the ability to input yourself, and guide internal team members and partners to create outstanding campaign work.
Requirements
  • Strong experience working for B2C & Consumer brands, a background in education is not a pre-requisite.
  • Strong online marketing skills.
  • Experience working across multiple brands, or experience in an agency would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work across a number of fast-moving multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience of communicating results clearly to stakeholders up to CEO level.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and BAU work.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail - a passion for creating a lasting impression with the customer.
