About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to join our team at Anglian Water Services Limited. As a key member of our Innovation team, you will play a crucial role in driving change and delivering innovative projects that address the biggest opportunities and challenges facing our sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the @One Alliance and Anglian Water's Innovation Teams to define project structure and produce all required Project Management documentation.
  • Act as a conduit for knowledge and information exchange between the @One Alliance and Anglian Water's innovation teams, identifying and agreeing project deliverables with project sponsors and wider project teams.
  • Drive project mobilisation and delivery with stakeholders and action owners, identifying challenges and working with the project team and others to mitigate impact.
  • Continuously review project business cases to ensure delivery of benefits or the requirement to redefine and refocus projects.
  • Ensure escalation to Innovation Manager Lead and wider team of any project risks and issues that cannot be controlled within the project.
  • Engage with different functions across Anglian Water, the @One Alliance, other AW capital delivery vehicles, and other project partners to effectively and efficiently develop, progress, and deliver projects.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of benefit realisation, change and risk management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. You will be able to develop business cases that are financially considered throughout and demonstrate a passion for implementing new ways of working. You will also be comfortable with change and iterative development, including handover of projects mid-delivery where necessary.
