Job Title: Senior Night Care Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, while also leading and managing a team of care workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and meet the needs of service users, ensuring their care and support plans are implemented effectively.
  • Lead and manage a team of care workers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Oversee the care provided to service users, ensuring it meets the highest standards and is delivered in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless care and support for service users.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and working towards a management qualification.
  • Relevant experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use care management software.
  • Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos.
  • PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration.
