Senior Night Care Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Senior Night Care Worker, you will play a key role in providing Christian leadership and support to our service users, while also managing a team of care workers and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess service needs and develop effective care plans
- Supervise and manage a team of care workers
- Ensure high professional standards and promote equality
- Provide management cover when needed and lead daily devotions
- Handle Health & Safety responsibilities and ensure a safe environment for service users
- HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3
- Relevant experience and basic computer skills
- Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos
- PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration
