About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Health Visiting and School Nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the service managers, including diary management and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain efficient office procedures, ensuring seamless communication across the service.
  • Supervise and manage the work of team secretaries and administrative staff, ensuring administrative timescales and deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with other departments and external organizations on matters concerning the department's business.
  • Manage and monitor own workload, identifying need for support as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other Administration Team members to ensure the department is always fully equipped with both central stock and non-stock items.
  • Collect departmental statistics/data as and when required.
