Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the service managers, including diary management and coordination of meetings and events.
- Develop and maintain efficient office procedures, ensuring seamless communication across the service.
- Supervise and manage the work of team secretaries and administrative staff, ensuring administrative timescales and deadlines are met.
- Liaise with other departments and external organizations on matters concerning the department's business.
- Manage and monitor own workload, identifying need for support as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other Administration Team members to ensure the department is always fully equipped with both central stock and non-stock items.
- Collect departmental statistics/data as and when required.
