Lead Revit Coordinator - Building Services / MEP

Location: South Bucks - Flexible / Hybrid Working

Salary: £50k + Benefits

True Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Lead Revit Coordinator to join our team of professional engineers. As a key member of our building services team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 and collaborating with the MEP team to deliver quality projects to agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 3 and external resources to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Produce detailed, coordinated service models accurately using Autodesk Revit.
  • Collaborate with the MEP team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Advise and guide on the planning and management of advanced Revit techniques.
  • Quality control of models and associated drawings, schedules, and other deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of systems and procedures to improve team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of building services (mechanical, electrical, and public health systems).
  • Expertise in Autodesk Revit up to current version.
  • Strong understanding of BIM project set-up, family creation, and COBie data set-up.
  • Proficiency in relevant office project software, including Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to establish a positive working relationship with team members.
